(1) After-sales Service Commitment Content

(2) Installation, integration and debugging
(1) We provide free installation, integration and commissioning services for equipment. When the equipment is in place, we send service and technical personnel to the work site of the demander for installation and commissioning until the church uses and produces qualified products.
(2) Each equipment is equipped with safe grounding wires and safety switches to ensure safe use. Equipment handling is the responsibility of the buyer's personnel, installation and commissioning is the responsibility of the technical personnel represented by our company, the buyer's technical personnel should assist and provide conditions for empty vehicle and load test.
(3) If the equipment will be moved or replaced in the future, our company will provide on-site guidance free of charge and re-install and debug it free of charge.

(3) Equipment use and training
After the commissioning and acceptance of the equipment, the technical personnel represented by our company provide on-site training for the personnel of the demander, and train the personnel of the demander in the use, operation and maintenance of the equipment. In addition to normal installation and commissioning, it can also train door and window designers and equipment operators and maintenance personnel for the demand side, and carry out in our site.

(4) Spare parts

(2) Providing lists of vulnerable and consumable goods and preferential prices to facilitate purchasing and timely replacement by the buyer.

(5) Regular visits and maintenance support
Every year, our company visits the customers from time to time, solves the problems encountered in peacetime, and trains the new operators.
(2) The warranty period is one year, from the date of installation and commissioning of the equipment to the destination, the maintenance will last for a lifetime. During the warranty period, if the equipment fails to work properly, the representative of our company will send technicians to the site to repair the equipment in time, and the cost will be borne by the representative of our company.
3. Notify the buyer in time to participate in the training of after-sales equipment maintenance knowledge, new technology and technology organized by our company.
(4) After the expiration of the warranty period, our company will provide free technical advice on products, and be responsible for the lifelong maintenance of equipment, and provide spare parts and product upgrades at preferential prices.
